1.Privacy policy

Mexcat informs users of the site about its policy regarding the treatment and protection of personal data of the users and clients that may be collected by browsing or contracting services through this website.

In this sense, Mexcat guarantees the current regulations compliance about the protection of personal data. Law 15/1999 December 13, about Personal data protection and the Royal decree 1720/2007 December 21, which approves the Development Regulation of the LOPD.

Using this website implies the acceptance of this privacy policy.

2.Collection, purpose and data processing

Mexcat has the duty to inform the users of this website about what personal data can be collected, either through the received mails or the application forms that can be found on this website. Mexcat will be considered responsible for the data collected through the ways described above.

Mexcat informs that the processing purpose of the collected data includes: The attention of the requests made by users, the inclusion in the contact agenda, the provision of services, the management of the commercial relationship and other purposes.

The operations, managements and other technical procedures carried out in an automated on non-automated way that enable the collection, storage, modification, transfer and other actions on personal data, are considered to be processing of the personal data.

All personal data collected through the Mexcat website, and therefore has the consideration of processing personal data, will be incorporated into the files declared before the Spanish Agency for Data Protection by Mexcat.

3.Information communication to third parties.

Mexcat informs to their users that their personal data will not be transferred to third organizations, unless that data transfer is covered by a legal obligation or when the provision of a service implies the need for a contractual relationship with a person in charge of processing. In that case, the data transfer to the third party will be carried out only when Mexcat has the user’s consent.

4.User rights.

Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, on the protection of Personal Data gives interested parties the possibility of exercising a series of rights related to the processing of their personal data.

In so far as the data of the user is object of treatment by Mexcat. Users may exercise the rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition in accordance with the current legislation on the protection of personal data.

To make use of this rights, the user must be addressed by written communication, providing documentation proving their identity (ID or passport), to the following address: Republica de Colombia 222, las Americas 20130, Aguascalientes, Mexico.

 

Said communication must have the following information: Name and surname of the user, the request, the address and the supporting data.

The exercise of rights must be done by the user. However, they may be executed by an authorized person as legal representative of the user. In this case, the documentation proving this representation must be provided.
