Very frequently, water, as found it in nature cannot be used directly for human consumption.
In Mexcat we have different water treatment systems to make it drinkable again. Depending on the need of the work to be done, we can provide different and personalized solutions to cities, facilities or small rural towns.
The main treatment types used in water purification consist on water clarification. These processes could be:
- Physical-Chemical type: Coagulation, flocculation, precipitation, oxidation, absorption ionic exchange
- Mechanical type: Multilayer filtration, advanced treatments of UF, RO and EDR membranes
Lastly, a final disinfection using a combination of antioxidant agents and/or ultraviolet radiation should be used.
